Problems - uploading to a black hole

Maybe I'm the only one (?) but anyhow it's annoying:
I have a problem with APG, I write about it here in the forum, after a while a Kolor representative appear.
I'm asked to upload the case to Kolor's FTP and I do.

From my point of view I expect a response, preferable a solution.
As for now it looks more like this: I throw problems into a black hole and there is never a response or a solution.
Until there is a change of regime I suggest Kolor never again ask somebody to upload problems to Kolors FTP.

Here are a couple of black-hole-examples (I'm still waiting for response):

http://www.kolor.com/forum/p101057-2012 … 40#p101057

I'm reallly pissed about the horizon-problem. AlexandreJ announced 2012-06-03 that the problem was solved. Where can I find the solution ?

Re: Problems - uploading to a black hole

Hello,

The Kolor team has just published a tutorial concerning the horizon issue with your photographs. You can find this one here : http://www.autopano.net/wiki-en/action/ … zon_Issues.
We really hope it will help to solve the issues you are facing.

Regards,
Thomas

Hello Leif,

An answer to the issue of blending two series of pictures with 2 different focal lengths has been answered. Hope it helps.
