Hi all,
I'm having trouble with PanoTour Pro V1.8.0 64-bit when I try displaying my pano tour for Safari's iOS (iPhone, iPod touch, etc)
This issue seems to only happen with one of my pano tours. The one that I'm currently working on works on Safari iOS, but not the one I'm mentioning here. I'm using Safari's User Agent to try the pano tour on mobile devices, but it doesn't work with a regular iphone either.
The same conventions and settings exist in both pano tours (as far as I can tell), and the js files are identical. The input FOV is 360 horizontal, 180 vertical. Both pano tours have the same style panos--so they should work on iphone. I tried removing maps, thumbnails, etc, and it still doesn't work (just a blank black screen). I tried using all templates, including the generic.html one, but it doesn't work. I tried exclusively making only the mobile devices version without the standard tour, and oddly it doesn't work under any browser, mobile or not.
Any thoughts?
I need this for my clients ASAP. I tried saving the project file as another file, but it didn't help. If this is a bug, is there any way to copy all contents to a new project?

Hi Risto!
are you sure to having uploaded ALL files?
Could you please check whether there´s NO space, no special sign in the text? (this usually causes issues and is overseen often)
best, Klaus

Hey Klaus,
Yes, I definitely copied all files, and there are no spaces or special characters anywhere.
Is there a way to copy the contents of a project file to a new project file? maybe that would do the trick?

Hope i understand you right: you have two tours. One runs on desktops and iPads, the other one runs on desktop but not on iPads. Is that correct?
best, Klaus
P.S.: let´s make it clear: you wrote
"The one that I'm currently working on works on Safari iOS, but not the one I'm mentioning here. I'm using Safari's User Agent to try the pano tour on mobile devices, but it doesn't work with a regular iphone either."
How can you view it on your iPhone when it´s not on the web?

Hi Klaus,
Yeah, that's correct. My current project runs fine on both 'Standard Tour (Desktop)' and 'Mobile Devices Tour (iPad/iPhone)'. My older project doesn't run on 'Mobile Devices Tour (iPad/iPhone)', even if I exclusively check that option when I build the project. The older project isn't in full release yet, and our client isn't happy with the lack of mobile support (though it should work).
I've been testing it on Safari's Develop->User Agent->Safari iOS... mode, which seems to be accurate so far. My older project is in a development environment on a server, and we were disappointed when it didn't work for some reason on a test iPhone and iPad. Now I just use Safari to test it. We tried building smaller test runs and they worked. We really aren't sure what's going on...
