hangs at calculating color constaint or if I turn that off, it hangs at what would be the next step. Is there any known conflicts with video codecs, etc. Right now I have uninstalled everything and used regedit to clear any reference to autopano and installed the trial vesion and same old same old. It's run fine on this computer and windows 7 install before.
I have also tried to aquire the windows 7 crash dump but the only option I get is wait to respond or close window and if choosing wait to respond, well it doesn't and if choosing close window, well it closes, no dump file.

When hanging at color constraint, it is quite always due to a panorama that didn't optimize well ( geometrically ). This cause often too much overlapping and stress a lot color solving.
Disable the color correction, look at the panorama in editor, inspect what's wrong, optimize, then activate color correction again.

This is new, all panoramas hang, even ones that where done years ago. It's a conflict with the system somewhere. I checked my installed programs and their dates, maybe the new adobe flash 11 ??? one of the few documented new programs installed.

If I disable color constraint then it hangs at the next step.
There is nothing wrong with my pictures, it's a system conflict on two different machines that pretty much do the same thing, desktop and laptop. Windows 7

Right now I have the trial installed in three 3 places. The desktop on drive C with all the other stuff installed. This is the original partition that gets all the updates from windows, adobe, etc. Autopano hangs, but didn't used to. Install 2 is on the lap top and gets updated from everywhere as well, it hangs. Install 3 two days ago on desktop drive E: (system now a dual boot) and autopano trial is the only installed program and it does NOT hang.
I am using the trial as that is something that could not have been corrupted on my end. All system registry entries where scrubbed in regedit prior to installing the trials.
There is a conflict occuring in install 1 and 2. I need to track it down. I could take the trouble of starting over but woe is me when I finally install or alow that update that causes the conflict.
The laptop hasn't even been used to any extent in the past 60 days, but has been in service as the netflix and AVI player since I do not subscribe to regular TV so the conflict could be in codecs, drivers etc.
All systems have been checked for virus's, etc. by bitdefender.

To Bill, see my answer in the other thread about the same case.
