It looks to me to be an open project, no registration is needed and documentation of api is available and first page of dualmaps.com shows also an settings window to custom taylor you bingmaps & google maps combination view you wanna create.
would be great to "get this inside panotour" (and maybe new google maps api back to ptp?)

Always feels good to be an inspiration but coming from someone like you, I feel honored.
Integration in panorour sounds like a great idea. Works only for partly external tours of course.
Makes me think that it would also be great if one can offer a tour to multiple map platforms to be integrated into their maps to enrich their maps. So Panotour(s) becaming a layer in each map.
