the "xnview" is a very comfortable tool to rework your pictures.
Cutting, resizing and renaiming are only the most recent used actions. But lots of other tools are integrated to change the output of fotos and other graphics. Change colors, sharpness and all kinds of incerdible look and feels. Make your own slideshow or web-gallery and much more...
