The Nodal Ninja 4 is a spherical panoramic tripod head. It features a precise upper rotator with 15 degree stops. It supports a wide range of lenses from ultra wide angles to 100mm (35mm equivalent focal length and 25% overlap). Thanks to R-D3L rotator, users can now adjust very fine leveling with loading of heavy gear on top. Unlike leveling using ball head or tripod legs, leveling remains stationary after each adjustment. No more need to compensate for the effect of loading. Maximum angle of adjustment is 5 degrees.

To whom the Nodal Ninja 4 may concern ? Realtors, both beginning and advanced panoramic photographers, hikers with bit larger cameras, for larger resolution panoramas.

R-D3L rotator

Rotator D3L (RD3L) is a state of the art design from Fanotec - a compact precision rotator with EZ-Leveler-II built in. Rotator D3L (RD3L) is a state of the art design from Fanotec. The rotator has 3 detent options which can be changed in less than 3 seconds by simply flipping detent switches. The built-in EZ-Leveler II allows easy and smooth level adjustment. Its shape helps to minimize the nadir footprint when taking spherical panoramas. Its "Head Alignment Knob" allows a pano head with an indexed rotator to point in any direction without moving the tripod. Alternatively, it allows aligning of EZ-L II edges to the tripod legs to minimize the nadir footprint. It has 3 selectable degree stop increments: 6-8-10 stops (36°/45°/60°) & also available as 6-8-30 stops (60º/45º/12º).
