- Shipping & Delivery
- We ship worldwide. Only physical products are shipped to the client. You won't receive any CD-ROM of a software ordered on this website. Software products are only available via download. When you order a software, you receive a personal registration key that enables you to take advantage from the complete version of the software.
Physical products are shipped from France via our shipping partner La Poste, and depending on the product, via express shipping partners like UPS.
Shipping costs depend on your country and are indicated on the product page.
- Privacy & Security
- This website is declared to the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL, declaration n° 1267673). The data you use when sending an e-mail or a form by this website is treated by a computer. On the strength of the French law n°78-17 of January 6th, 1978, you can access, modify, rectify or delete data refering to you. You also benefit from an oblivion right, a civil year after the data recording. The right to access to your data can be practised by contacting us. Our webstore is secured by our bank. We never see any credit or debit card number. When you pay on our website, you are redirected to our bank's website to finish the payment process. - Returns & Replacements
- For physical products, returns should be made up to 7 days after the delivery. Return costs are at the client's expense, except of an error due to our company.

- All orders may be created on this website. We cannot accept manual orders, except for government bodies that cannot order and pay directly via our website.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payment is in EUROS. No matter what is the currency of your bank account, you can order and pay on our website. You will be charged in your currency by your bank, and your bank will automatically convert the amount to send it to us in EUROS. Bank commissions may apply. Please contact your bank if you need a precise price in your currency, including the bank commissions and the exchange rate and commissions.
