Could you introduce yourself?
My name is Emiliyan and I am 31 years old. I am from Bulgaria, but for the last 3 years I have been living in Germany. I’ve been taking pictures since I was 15, and photography has become my biggest passion. I saw the first virtual panorama 7 years ago and was fascinated. The same month I built my first wooden panoramic head. Today I work as a real estate photographer in Germany and many other European countries.
What were expectations of your client before the virtual tour was made? How did he find the final result?
When I first moved to Germany I had no contacts. I decided to take pictures and panoramas for free because this was the easiest way for me to make connections and build relationships with clients. I offered to make a virtual tour for a model house complex free of charge. I told them I am an amateur photographer and I need this for my portfolio, so their expectations were not that big. I was really happy when they gave me the green light to do it. After I made the tour the client was fascinated with my work and offered that I make virtual tours of every house, later connecting them all together. One year later I bought an hexacopter and made the panorama from the air.
In short, what do you think of Panotour Pro 2.0?
I think this is the best software to make virtual tours, because it is very simple to use and you can build a really big tour in a record time. Furthermore, there is an abundance of features to make a virtual tour much more interactive.
What kind of equipment did you use to make this virtual tour?
|Camera and lens||Accessories||Software|
Do you have other projects you would like to share with us?
Yes, I have a tour, which I really love because it is of one of my favorite places in the Bulgarian mountains. This is a virtual tour from a guesthouse, which is about 120 years old and has a huge garden. It is a really quite and secluded place, far from every city, motorways and big streets. Nature there is stunning – there are fields, a forest and a very big lake not far from the house. I go there every year for a weeklong getaway with my family.
