Las Vegas, Jan. 10, 2014 – Software company Kolor has just announced and released a new version of its Kolor Eyes 360-degree video player. The main new feature of this version is the compatibility with the Oculus Rift, a Kickstarter-funded virtual-reality headset giving an immersive experience.
Though the Oculus Rift is mainly designed for gaming, it is also the perfect companion of 360-degrees videos. Live demos of 360-degree videos displayed on Oculus Rift have been presented at the CES 2014 in Las Vegas.
Kolor Eyes player is available for iOS, Android (available in the Play Store in the coming days), and the Windows and Mac versions include the Oculus Rift support.
