Curiosity, successful landing: “Welcome on Mars” [Virtual tour, Panotour Pro]

NASA’s Curiosity rover landed on Mars on August 6, 2012 after a 570-million-km journey & 8 months spent in space. It will now embark on a mission of at least two years to look for evidence that Mars may once have supported life. Thanks to panoramic images published by the Nasa with the previous Opportunity robot, here is a virtual tour of Planet Mars…

This is a bit misleading. The tour is made of photos taken by Opportunity rover in 2004. There is still no complete 360×180 deg. image made by Curiosity.
