CES 2014: Kolor announces live 360-degree video stitching & streaming

Las Vegas, Jan. 9, 2014 – Software developer Kolor, specializing in image-stitching, virtual tours and 360-degree video solutions, has just announced a new service to stitch in real-time and live-stream 360-degree videos on multiple devices. This service is being developed in partnership with ATEME and FINWE companies.

360-degree live video streaming is currently presented at International CES in Las Vegas till Friday 10, 2014 (Kolor booth #75205 at the Venetian).

Live 360-degree video is permitted thanks to:

  1. the capture of multiple video streams

  2. the real-time stitching of the video streams with Kolor Autopano technology

  3. the live broadcasting of the final video through Kolor Eyes player, that enables the viewer to interact with the video on multiple devices including TV, smartphones, tablets and computers.

    Is that the 360Heros video gear you are using? I have 3 different rigs from them. I see you are using the H3Pro6 gear. Can it work with the H3Pro6N and H2Pro7? When can it be purchased?
